By using EsyTool (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of the service
EsyTool provides free, browser-based utilities for working with PDFs, images, text, and developer tasks. Processing happens client-side in your browser — files you work with are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No account, no warranty of availability
The Service does not require registration. It is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files and content you process using EsyTool. You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable law. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we have no visibility into, and no ability to moderate, the files you use with the tools.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EsyTool and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including data loss or corruption during file processing. We recommend keeping a backup of any original files before using a tool that modifies them.
Third-party content and links
The Service may link to third-party websites or use third-party libraries (e.g. for PDF or image processing) that are not controlled by EsyTool. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.
Changes to the service or terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
