Privacy Policy

The short version

EsyTool does not collect, store, or transmit any of your files or personal data. Every tool on this site processes your data entirely inside your browser. Nothing you input ever leaves your device.

What we do not collect

• Files you upload or process (PDFs, images, audio, text)
• Text or values you enter into any tool
• Passwords, keys, tokens, or any generated output
• Account or registration data (there is no account system)

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage patterns — for example, which tools are most used and how visitors navigate the site. These services may set cookies and collect anonymised IP addresses and browser information. They do not receive any content you process with our tools.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

EsyTool itself sets no first-party cookies. The third-party analytics services listed above may set their own cookies. No cookies are used for tracking personal identity or storing tool inputs.

Third-party services

Some tools use browser-native APIs or open-source WebAssembly libraries (such as PDF.js and Hugging Face Transformers) that run entirely client-side. No data is sent to any external API.

Children

EsyTool is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of EsyTool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
