1. How Client-Side Processing Works

Traditional online converters require you to upload files to remote cloud servers where conversion occurs, creating security risks and bandwidth delays. EsyTool uses modern web APIs — including HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly (WASM), Web Crypto API, and client-side JavaScript execution — to compute outputs directly on your device.

• No file uploads or server-side file transfers occur during processing.
• Once you close your browser tab or navigate away, memory is immediately freed.
• Your sensitive financial, legal, medical, or personal documents remain strictly confidential.

2. Analytics and Usage Metrics

To help us monitor tool performance, detect user interface issues, and understand popular feature usage, EsyTool uses standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel).

What we collect: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable metrics such as total tool page views, button clicks, browser device type, and general geographic region (country level).

What we NEVER collect: File names, file contents, uploaded document text, IP address logs tied to personal identities, or personal registration credentials.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

EsyTool uses local browser storage (such as localStorage) strictly to save user preferences, such as active theme selection or tool settings. We do not use persistent tracking cookies or cross-site profiling trackers.

4. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Because we do not store, process, or sell personal user data or document contents on servers, EsyTool inherently fulfills key principles of GDPR (Data Minimization & Privacy by Design) and CCPA (Do Not Sell My Personal Information).
